PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order: your email address, delivery address, and phone number. The site has no customer accounts.

Your cart and wishlist are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

We also record anonymous usage measurements so we can see which pages and products people look at: the page path, whether a product page or the checkout was viewed, when something is added to a cart, the country your network reports, whether you are on a phone or a desktop, the site that linked you to us, any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, and page-speed timings. These are tied to a random id that lives in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it. We do not record your name, your IP address or your browsing anywhere else.

To fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it, and process payment. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to run the store: Supabase (order database), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (order-confirmation email), Stripe (card payments, when card is offered at checkout), and iCarry (courier — they receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver, and the amount to collect if you pay cash on delivery).

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. Our own usage measurements (described above) use a random id held in your browser tab's session storage, not a cookie, and it is discarded when you close the tab. If you pay by card, Stripe may set cookies strictly needed for secure payment processing.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@eyezneverlie.com.
