EYEZ NEVER LIE ("we", "us") sells sunglasses and accessories through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions: eyez.never.lie.info@gmail.com.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; anything already paid is refunded in full.

We accept cash on delivery, Whish Money, and card payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

Prices are shown in USD, or in AED for delivery to the United Arab Emirates. The total including shipping and any discount is shown before you place the order.

Only one discount applies per order — a promo code or an automatic offer, whichever saves you more. Discounts apply to items, never to shipping.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
