RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Email eyez.never.lie.info@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery and Whish orders are refunded by Whish transfer. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is our fault.
